I meant to blog something longer... but...headache.
Basically work started yesterday at WongPartnership and I'm under the Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Department.
The office is huge and I'm perpetually lost. Ok too tired to continue. I've been having the craziest dreams these past few nights.

Venice Masked Carnival
In chilly February, the city cheers itself with a reminder that spring is also on the way. Naturally, it does this by donning glittering masks and tricon hats, playing a medieval version of football in period costumes and filling the canals with decorated gondolas.
Carnevale dates back to the 13th century but it peaked in the 18th century - when the masks were supposed to encourage equality, but really allowed the decadent aristocrats to reach even greater heights of depravity.
Today, the pricey Grand Masked Ball is a reminder of the days when the nobility danced the quadrille, but the labyrinth streets and canals are heaving with all sorts of free fun.
